(Daylily-Designer) Hemerocallis ‘Elegant Explosion’ bursts forth with an intense display of color. This reblooming daylily flowers in midsummer and then again later in the season. The 4″ orange-gold blooms of ‘Elegant Explosion’ have heavily ruffled, recurved petals and are produced atop 3-way branched scapes that are loaded with 22 or more buds apiece. Daylilies are very attractive in cut floral arrangements.
(Daylily-Designer) Hemerocallis ‘El Desperado’ is an award winning romantic beauty. The 5 inch flower is a buttery yellow with a wine-purple eye and matching picotee edge halfway up the petals. ‘El Desperado’ has crimped flower petals, a yellow-green throat, and extended bloom flowers that last at least 16 hours each.
(Daylily) Hemerocallis ‘Prairie Wildfire‘ is known for its prolific bloom performance that sets the garden ablaze in mid summer! The large 5-inch flowers are rich red with finely ruffled edges and a contrasting bright yellow throat. ‘Prairie Wildfire’ flowers have a delicate fragrance for an added bonus!
(Daylily) Hemerocallis ‘Sunday Gloves’ is a heavenly Designer Daylily™ boasting near-white 5½” flowers with soft yellow centers and graceful ruffled edges. A wonderful show of color in early to mid season followed by good rebloom later. Excellent foliage and lovely fragrance add to the beauty and elegance of ‘Sunday Gloves‘.
This is one of my personal favorite daylilies. I have it planted right nest to my Snowcap Shasta Dasies. the contrast they give one another is amazing!~ Heidi
