With all the different Calibrachoa varieties it can be hard to know what ones to choose to make that amazing combination plant. I was really struck today by the intense veining shown here in the Superbells® Trailing Lilac Mist Calibrachoa. The dark purple veins contrast nicely against the white background of this million bell. The trailing habit of ‘Trailing Lilac Mist‘ makes this a great addition to your combination baskets to spill over the sides. As the name implies, Million bells, really describes the tons of flowers that one little plant can produce. The color impact of Superbells® Trailing Lilac Mist Calibrachoa is amazing.
(Million Bells) Superbells® Cherry Red Calibrachoa, a top seller in the Proven Winners® annual line of flowers. Superbells® Cherry Red has an abundant amount of small petunia-like flowers all season. The more upright mounding habit of Superbells® Cherry Red variety makes this a good choice for containers and window boxes. Calibrachoa like full sun locations and are a great choice for attracting butterflies and hummingbirds.
(Million Bells) Superbells® Coralberry Punch Calibrachoa is a great new shade of Million Bells. The dark red center that fades out to a coral color is very striking in combo planters or planted by itself. Superbells® Coralberry Punch is a low maintenance plant to grow, but does like good drainage. An added bonus is Calibrachoas are pet friendly!
Another great new coloration in Millionbells introduced last Summer by Proven Winners. I was impressed by the 2 new Superbells® varieties I saw at the OFA Short Course last year. Be sure to also check out Superbells® Blackberry Punch Calibrachoa.-Heidi
Callie® Mango Calibrachoa
I generally am not a peach/coral person when it comes to flowers. BUT I must say I am in LOVE with the new Callie Mango Calibrachoa. The blooms are much larger than many other Calibrachoas and the color is absolutely stunning. The flower power that this plant gives is also amazing. I have used this in many combination basket planting and it never fails to fill out the whole side of the basket in a mass of color. I will choose the Callie series over any other calibrachoa out there!
(Million Bells) Callie® Mango Calibrachoa is an easy to grow Calibrachoa that is ideal for large containers and combo planters. The almost coral color of Callie® Mango adds an eye-catching new look to your color combinations.
